Q1.What is Micro-Nice® D-5?

The product acts as an anti scaling solution for cooling system preventing total dissolved solids from crystallization. At the same token, it helps removing existing crystallized particles adhered to the pipe inner surface.

Q2.How to use Micro-Nice® D-5?

Micro-Nice® D-5 can be used at the rate of  1/2 ltr. per 1 cu.m. of water monthly and can also added in the water which is already chemically treated.  There is no need to drain off the existing mixture, simply add in Micro-Nice® D-5 to the rate given above.

Q3.How to fill Micro-Nice® D-5 in the cooling system?

After working out the amount to be used, the solution can be filled either:
1: Weekly by dividing the amount of Micro-Nice® D-5 for the month use by 4
2: Daily  by dividing the amount of Micro-Nice® D-5 for the month use by 30
However, the choice of filling depends upon the evaporation rate that should not precede 20% in any case.

Q4.How the system should be maintained after  using Micro-Nice® D-5?

-For old cooling system
After the first application of Micro-Nice® D-5, the conductivity value and Total Dissolved Solid will increase resulting from the reaction of Micro-Nice® D-5 and the value will stay high until the solution cleans up the system
-For newly installed  cooling system
Micro-Nice® D-5 can be directly applied to the system as scaling and dirt will not adhere to the pipe wall etc. as the old system.

Q5. Is it necessary to carry out water analysis when using Micro-Nice® D-5?

As state earlier that after Micro-Nice® D-5 is employed, the value of conductivity and Total Dissolved Solid would increase because of the cleaning action of Micro-Nice® D-5, and the value shall remain high until old scaling and dirt are completely removed.  Hence, the result of water analysis would not be similar to the system that uses conventional cleaning chemicals.  However, this does not mean that the cooling property would be deteriorated but in fact when the water is cleaned the increase workability is expected.  

Q6. How long would the conductivity and TDS value remain high when using Micro-Nice® D-5?

The period solely depends upon the age and the size of the system.  The high value can be expected until the system is thoroughly cleaned.

Q7. How can we manage the high TDS value in the cooling system or scaling in the water?

A considerable size and simple filtering system can be attached at the blow down portion and dirt can be removed from time to time.  The water can therefore be  recycled.

Q8. When Micro-Nice® D-5 is employed, would the high TDS and Conductivity value cause corrosion in the system?

The corrosion on metal in the cooling system would occur after the potential difference is traced.  It normally happens at any concentrated scaling point where electron can travel from one spot to another.  By employing Micro-Nice® D-5 the chance of scaling forming up is not possible, so corrosion would not occur.

Q9. Would bionic cleaning agent be used after Micro-Nice® D-5 is employed?

When Micro-Nice® D-5 is applied, the surface would be clean enough hat any scum or biofilm would not adhere.  Thus the growth of these micro organisms would be minimized.  However, micro organisms killer can be added without any reaction to Micro-Nice® D-5 if needed. 

Q10. Will Micro-Nice® D-5 increase the cost in the case of using water for cooling without any chemical?

The cost of changing water every so often would affect the total running cost and it is not even compatible to the use of Micro-Nice® D-5 where less water change can be exercised.

Q11. Can Micro-Nice® D-5 be sued with soft water?

Micro-Nice® D-5 can be used with any kind of water without presoftening.

Q12. How high the temperature could Micro-Nice® D-5 withstand?

The temperature in the cooling system should not exceed 100 ?c and it is normal for Micro-Nice® D-5. On the contrary, Micro-Nice® D-5 could work even better in higher temperature.

Q13. How do we know whether Micro-Nice® D-5 solution still exists in the system?

The quantity of Micro-Nice® D-5required as an admixture to the water is only 500 ppm.during the monthly period.  Hence, filling as according to the instruction will not loosen the required mixture  

Q14. Why does Micro-Nice® D-5 become environmentally friendly?

Micro-Nice® D-5 is 88 % biodegrade.  Hence, it becomes washable and self decomposed in ordinary environment.
